A 5 percent openness factor is the workhorse specification for west-facing commercial glazing: tight enough to cut glare and solar gain substantially, open enough that the outward view survives.
Supplied on a 38mm tube with a lithium-ion motor rechargeable in place, or hardwired where a power provision exists. Both options pair with Somfy and with the major smart-home controllers.
